Warm-Up time – 8:15 AM – 8:55 AM Lifting begins at 9:00 A.M.

Entry Fee: Full meet – Capped at 20 Lifters $50 Per Lifter (Does not include any USAPL card fees)

Eligibility: All USA Powerlifting card members who hold current 2015-2016 memberships or. Lifters MUST purchase a membership card PRIOR to the meet. Cards will not be sold at this meet. Must have not used strength inducing drugs in the last three years (36 months), and prescriptions diuretics or banned stimulants in the 7 days prior to the contest. THIS IS A DRUG TESTED MEET.

Equipment – Raw equipment as authorized by USAPL

Eligibility: This meet is minimum age of 14 years old on the day of competition. High school graduates from the ’14-15 school year are not allowed to participate. All USA Powerlifting card members who hold current 2015-2016 memberships or. Lifters can purchase a membership card at the meet venue. Must have not used strength inducing drugs in the last three years (36 months), and prescriptions diuretics or banned stimulants in the 7 days prior to the contest. THIS IS A DRUG TESTED MEET.

Equipment – Bench shirts authorized – equipment must meet IPF standards for 2015-16 rules.

Entries Must be post marked by July 15, 2015.  Note – the meet will cap out at 100 lifters overall and the deadline is strictly enforced. Be sure to send in entries on time to ensure you have a spot to lift.

Join us on Halloween October 31st to put up some Scary Numbers! Last year our event witnessed several State and American records and we expect the same to happen this year. We will have a limited number of event T-shirts available so be sure to pre-order your shirt so you can be sure to get the right size. New this year, we will have concessions on site offering both healthy and just plain good food options to optimize your lifting day. Registration is limited to the first 60 lifters and the event fills up fast. We are located right on the border of WI and MN so the “Battle is ON!”

Schedule: 7:30A.M. to 9.A.M. weigh-ins and equipment check for all Women, Teen and Master Men. The first lifting session will begin at 9:30 A.M.

Weigh-in and equipment check for Raw Open Men and Equipped Open Men to be from 10:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. The second lifting session will begin at 12:30 PM.

NOTE: Weigh in time may vary from scheduled start time for 2nd session, depending on the number of lifters in first session.

Classes: Women, Master Women, Master Men, Teen, Raw Open Men and Equipped Open Men all Raw by formula. Open division by weight classes.  Awards will be given to the first three place finishers in each division by formula.

Eligibility: All U.S.A. Powerlifting card holding members who have not used strength inducing drugs in the last 2 years (24 months), and prescription diuretics or banned stimulants in the 7 days prior to the contest. Membership cards will not be available for purchase at the meet. Please purchase your membership online.  Please note: High school lifters must purchase a full year membership.

This is a drug tested meet! Be careful what you ingest! Some supplements can cause drug test failures. Only IPF approved gear will be allowed.

Entry Fee: $50.00 first division, $30.00 each additional division (NO REFUNDS)

T-shirts: $15.00

Entry Deadline: This meet will be limited to the first 60 entries received. Deadline is either October 17th, or when the first 60 entries are received.
